Join yogis of all traditions for a weekend of asana, pranayama, workshops and fellowship celebrating maitri (friendliness). The event will be held on May 3 to May 6, 2012 and will feature Fred Smith, Professor of Sanskrit and Classical Indian Religions at the University of Iowa. Fred is an Iyengar yoga practitioner and student of B.K.S. Iyengar and Prashant Iyengar. He will share his thoughts on maitri, Iyengar yoga and a committed yoga practice.
